Scaffold a new artifact (service, ...)

Scaffold a new apx-native, authz-gated, persisting service.

This is a thin driver over the devedge-sdk scaffold: it forwards to
'devedge-sdk new service' for the heavy lifting (apx + buf wiring, an
annotated proto, generated models + repository + server), then emits a
devedge.yaml routing the service's HTTP/JSON gateway through the local
edge so 'de project up' serves it over stable HTTPS.

The route is product-rest path routing: the service is fronted at the app
host under <layout-prefix>/<domain> (e.g. app.dev.test/api/orders) and the
prefix is stripped before the request reaches the service. So the public URL
is product-rest (https://app.dev.test/api/orders/v1/...) while the service
keeps its own /v1/... proto paths, and two services share one host without
colliding.

Requires the devedge-sdk binary on PATH:

    go install github.com/infobloxopen/devedge-sdk/cmd/devedge-sdk@latest

Flags after a '--' separator are forwarded verbatim to devedge-sdk
(e.g. --module, --org, --force, --no-generate).

Flags:
      --api-layout string   URL layout the edge route composes: product-rest (default) or k8s-apis (default "product-rest")
      --backend string      persistence backend: gorm (default) or ent
      --dir string          target directory (defaults to the service name)
      --domain string       product domain the service is routed under at the app host (default: service name)
  -h, --help                help for service
      --host string         dev edge host the emitted devedge.yaml routes to (default "app.dev.test")
      --resource string     singular resource type name (e.g. Order); devedge-sdk defaults it from NAME
